Ordering & Shipping
By default, all prices appear in USD. Feel free to use the currency selector located on the header and footer menus of the home page to view prices in other available currencies.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent to your email when your order has been processed.
If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spams or junk mail. If still not received, please send an email with subject line ORDER CONFIRMATION REQUEST to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Please note that orders placed on weekends from Friday to Sunday will be shipped within 24-48 hours the following Monday. Please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and promotions.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible which is why, unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered once your order is received.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene practises, all sales are final – there will be no refunds or return possible for any items purchased. Please, review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
***Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, this may not be considered as a damage.***
Tax & Duties
All orders (including US orders) are shipped from Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website.
